A Thought About Life

lying in my room studying for lodging
the whole day, i hear ambulance sirens passing my window
is today a gloomy day for the people out there
everytime i hear the sirens
i will wonder if there's anybody inside
will the person make it through?
morbidity... this day does feel morbid

deaths of friends' friends make me realise
its not the length of a life,
but the quality that matters
read the new paper sometime back
reporting about this ite girl who unfortunately lost her life in Tioman
all her friends described her as an angel
that's a quality life well lived

i'd rather live a short life and leave a good legacy for people to remember
than a long worthless one..
